This was kind of for fun.  A customer came to me with a really old leather desk chair that he finds really comfortable – even after having been in a fire.  The leather was burnt to a crisp on the arms but he didn’t want to replace it or have it reupholstered.  With MANY reservations, I gave it a shot.  We were both really surprised how decently it came out.
